Gastrade S.A. is the biggest importer and distributor of LPG in Bulgaria with an annual volume of more than 75 000 MT, which gives the company a market share of 19%. We deliver LPG to more than 300 customers, the most significant among which are “Petrol” JSC (400 petrol stations), OMV-Bulgaria (78 petrol stations), and Eko Elda Bulgaria EAD (25 petrol stations). To operate its business the company uses 105 LPG RTCs and more than 40 LPG trucks.
We have warehouse base for storage of LPG and liquid fuels in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv (Asenovgrad) and  Gorna Oryahovitsa and terminal for LPG unloading in the town of  Rousse.
Gastrade SA possesses a depot located in town of Kostinbrod (5 km. from Sofia). The depot is constructed on 55 000 square m. of land and consists from the following:

1. LPG part (operational since April 2005):

1. LPG tank park – 9600 cubic m. (24×400 cubic m.);
2. Filling and discharging skid for 4 RTCs;
3. Filling and discharging skid for 2 trucks;
4. Pumping station: 3 pumps and 2 compressors.

II. Liquid fuels part (operational since August 2008):

1. 1. Tank park for gasoline – 4500 cubic m. (3×1500 cubic m.);
   2. Tank park for diesel – 9500 cubic m. (3×2000; 1×3500 cubic m.);
   3. Tank park for biodiesel – 1500 cubic m. (1×1500 cubic m.);
   4. Underground tanks 3x 50 cubic m. – biodiesel, bioethanol, premium gasoline.

   All tanks are built with double bottoms and double walls complying with latest EC standard and equipped with floating roof.

Further to run the depot Gastrade SA has constructed:

– 2.5 km railway road

– electricity generator

– diesel generator (emergency electricity supply)

– garage for trucks

– depot for railway engines

– pumping station for fire purposes

– tanks for water for fire purposes – 1000 cubic m.

 For further development of its inland terminal, the company additionally acquired 34 000 square m of land on which the following project is started:

1.      Tank park for liquid fuels – 80 000 cubic m .(4×20 000 cubic m.), equipped with pumping station and RTCs skid for 8 RTCs

2.      LPG Cylinder filling station – 16 holes

At the end of 2012 Gasdrade SA became a partner with Gazprom Neft.

Gasdrade SA sold a perfect part of its warehouse base for storage of LPG and liquid fuels- Kostinbrod of Gazprom Neft.

Gastrade AD remains the operator of “LPG storage facility” with its propane-butane tanks (24 x 400 m 3, with a total geometric volume of 9600 m 3) and the adjoining facilities.

“Gazprom Neft” becomes an operator of “Warehouse for Liquid Fuel ” with the liquid fuel tanks and the service facilities in it.

The Warehouse base for LPG with operator “Gastrade” SA is a licensed excise tax duties warehouse. 

Gastrade SA possesses a plot of land on the Black Sea coast (20 km from city of Varna) – 150 000 square meters. The plot is approved by Republic of Bulgaria Council of Ministers as “Sea terminal for unloading of LPG and liquid fuels together with the necessary storage facilities for the products”. Project wade of the terminal is 10 m. The project consists of 2 main parts:

 I.LPG part:

1. LPG tank park – 1000 cubic m. (5 x 200 cubic m.) – constructed.
2. LPG tank park – 7000 cubic m. (4000 cubic m.– constructed, 3000 cubic m.– under construction;
3. Filling and discharging skid for 7 RTCs – constructed;
4. Filling and discharging skid for 2 trucks – constructed;
5. Pumping station: 5 pumps and 2 compressors – constructed.

II. Liquid fuels part:

1. Tank park for gasoline – 5000 cubic m.(1×5000 cubic m.);
2. Tank park for diesel – 5000 cubic m.(1×5000 cubic m.);
3. Tank park for diesel  – 300 cubic m.(6×50 cubic m.) – under construction;
4. Pumping station: 4 pumps- under construction;
5. Filling and discharging skid for 4 RTCs- under construction;
6. Filling and discharging skid for 2 trucks, equipped with systems for blending and  additivation of products – under construction.

 Further to run the depot Gastrade SA is to construct within 2010 the following:

 Gastrade SA has fully developed project for construction of inland depot for liquid fuels and LPG on 50 000 square m. of land  in the town of Assenovgrad (8 km. from city of Plovdiv). The project consists from the following:

 I. LPG part:

1. LPG tank park – 400 cubic m. – constructed.
2. LPG tank park – 7600 cubic m. (19×400 cubic m.)- under construction;
3. Filling and discharging skid for 6 RTCs – constructed.
4. Filling and discharging skid for 2 trucks – constructed.
5. Pumping station: 2 pumps and 2 compressors – constructed.

 II. Liquid fuels part:

1. Tank park for gasoline – 3200 cubic m.(1×3200 cubic m.);
2. Tank park for diesel – 6400 cubic m.(2×3200 cubic m.);
3. Pumping station: 3 pumps;
4. Filling and discharging skid for 3 RTCs;
5. Filling and discharging skid for 3 trucks, equipped with systems for blending and  additivation of products.

The Warehouse base for LPG with operator “Gastrade” SA is a licensed excise tax duties warehouse

Gastrade SA became the operator of “LPG storage facility” – Gorna Oryahovitsa.

At the end of 2013 Gastrade SA became the operator of the LPG storage facility Gorna Oryahovitsa. At the end of 2013, Gastrade SA purchased a “LPG storage facility”, together with its propane-butane tanks (3 x 200 m3 with a total geometric volume of 600 m3) and the adjacent ones Equipment and undertakes the obligations of an operator of “Warehouse for propane-butane” – Gorna Oryahovitsa.

In the retail business Gastrade S.A. possesses insignificant market share consisting of 7 petrol and gas stations in the cities of Sofia, Varna, Vratza, Pirdop, Botevgrad and Brestnitza.
